Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (hashed, never stored in plain text). This is only used for authentication.

When you connect data sources (Google Play, App Store, AdMob, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads), you provide API credentials. These are encrypted with AES-256 at rest in our database and only used to pull your financial data.

How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Authenticate you and maintain your session
• Fetch revenue and cost data from the services you connect
• Display charts and reports in your dashboard
• Process subscription payments through Stripe

We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. We don't train AI models on it either.

Payment processing

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card details. Stripe handles all of that on their end.

Data storage

Everything is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure. API credentials are encrypted at rest. The revenue and cost data we sync from your connected services lives in our database so we can show it in your dashboard.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics on this marketing site to see how people find us. The app dashboard itself doesn't include any third-party analytics.

Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in, and Google Analytics cookies on this marketing site. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.

Data deletion

You can delete your account from your account settings whenever you want. When you do, we wipe everything: synced data, credentials, all of it.

We use these services to run Apps Finboard:

• Stripe - payment processing
• Cloudflare - hosting and database
• Google Analytics - marketing site analytics only

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
